This three bedroom, two and a half bath home is spacious and comfortable featuring an office suitable for work! The feeling of seclusion that the mountain provides is just an illusion, as you are within a quick drive to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Glendale.

Nice house, pretty view, misrepresentes description

Very nice house, beautiful views. Property managers were helpful after the delay in giving us our check in instructions. House is actually for sale. Sign is up in front of the house, informational pamphlets inside the house. Bedrooms are misrepresented on the site. 2 bedrooms have beds, one is a futon. Some safety issues including no smoke alarms (they were dismantled and inside the closet) and a loose deck rail that felt like it was about to give. Enjoyed it but it's definitely not geared towards a rental.

Fun vacation house

House was clean and the views were great. Comfy living area to hang out in. One bedroom had a futon instead of an actual bed and no curtains which is pictured but it wasn’t clear. Also missing a few garbage cans. And the pool is not heated. Overall a nice stay for our 3 night trip.

Girls weekend

The view from the porch is worth the stay. The Sunrise and Sunset views are wonderful overlooking the city of Phoenix. This home is built on the side of a mountain, the driveway is very steep. The sidewalk to the house is also very steep. A hand-rail is needed to help with the huge steps leading to the entrance. It is advertised as a three bedroom however that seemed to be a little bit of a stretch as the third bedroom had only a futon/couch. No window shade or curtains on the third bedroom window. Extra linens and towels were scarce. The kitchen supplies are very limited. Cupboards were not very clean. Major problems were few, however the basement bathroom shower does not work. The water does not turn on. The upstairs shower was fine but there was no shower curtain, so we moved the curtain from the non-working basement shower to the upstairs shower. Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel are provided in the showers. The advertised pool is very tiny, more of a foot soaking pool. The lovely view makes the stay worth it, but the feel of the place is that it is a work in progress. There isn't even a deck of cards! Lots of potential, just needs as little TLC.

Eagle's Perch

Wonderful home backed up to a mountainside. Very roomy, especially the huge bedroom with breath taking views. Practically lived on the deck great sunsets and night time lights! Kitchen and dining room cabinets a little dated, but it worked well. Great place highly recommend.

Phoenix stay

The house is nice. Lots of disappointment. House and patios/decks should have been a lot cleaner. Internet was not even hooked up, so no TV for first 30 hours. TV was finally connected and then only streaming but we had no advance warning it was streaming so no passwords to watch. Computers as advertised were not set up or connected. Thermostat no directions and was not connected, it defaulted after 2 hours to cold temp. No instructions on how to work it. Hardly and any silver ware, which was corrected half way thru visit. Decks and patios were not swept and very dirty. Walk way to door very sandy and slippery as it is steep. Carpet on inside stairs doesn't stay so makes steep stairway more challenging. S Towels were minimum enough for two, if more people there it would be an issue. Wash cloths only 2 which were worn out. Floor was dusty with dead bugs in corners. Pictures of pool misleading, can't swim just soak. It needs a safety hand rail to make getting in and out safer. A handrail to entrance to house is very much needed and steps are steep. We felt disappointed in the lack of attention to details of enough dishes, glasses, silverware and some wine glasses would have been nice. It is important to have some basic instructions for protocols for house. House was not ready for us and we paid a high cleaning fee and rent. We don't stay twice at places that don't paid attention to details and this house needs higher attention to details.
