Brand New to to our rental program. You have just found your perfect vacation spot. This beautiful, spacious, 17th floor 1388 square foot condominium is located on the sugary white sands of Panama City Beach in the desirable Thomas Drive area. Newly renovated Kitchen with beautiful Quartz counter tops!

It is the details that sets this condo apart....like ceramic tile throughout the unit, the nine-foot ceilings, the crown molding and ceiling to floor windows in the dining, living and master bedroom. Also a gorgeous hard wood dining table. There are HDTVs in the living room and bedrooms. The huge, 40 foot full privacy balcony overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.....splendid views and perfect for cocktails at sunset!

The gulf front master bedroom has a new luxurious king-size bed and sliding glass doors to the step out onto the large balcony with new balcony furniture. The master suite features a large attached private bath area, walk-in closet and laundry room. The guest room has a Queen Sleigh bed and an attached private bath area. There are bunk beds in the dining room alcove and brand new living room furniture. The living, dining and master bedroom all have full, breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The large kitchen is open to the living area and commands a view of the gulf waters. The kitchen is fully appointed and equipped and features GE Profile Appliances. There is a also a breakfast bar.

Gulf Crest Resort features two large gulf front pools (one heated); two outdoor spas; an enclosed kiddie pool area; a poolside Tikki Hut Bar/Restaurant, a BBQ/grill area: a gulf front fitness center; covered garage, assigned parking, security gates and 3 high speed elevators for your convenience.

You can walk on the beach to enjoy lunch at Pineapple Willie's. Emerald Falls Amusement Park is right across Thomas Drive -- the kids can enjoy miniature golf, go-karting, bumper boats, video arcade games and more.

You will find several good restaurants nearby including Captain Anderson's, Grand Marlin and Angelo's Steak Pit....not to mention the many Oyster Bars.

Amazing views

Awesome condo with incredible views from inside the unit and on the balcony. Nice location away from the main heavy traffic but close enough to many attractions and restaurants. With 2 pools, a hot tub, and a tiki bar, you can relax both on and off the beach!! The Property manager Bill was absolutely amazing!! Highly Recommend!
