Gulf Crest 2 BR 9th Floor ***Beach Chairs Included****

A complete resort condominium located on the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and are totally Gulf-front condos with all the bells and whistles. Enjoy many on-site amenities:, tiki pool bar, hot tubs kiddie pool, and a full-service beach with jet-skiing,beach chairs/umbrella complimentary for your stay in some condos... para-sailing, and sailing.

This unit has all the upgrades. Nice and clean! This unit includes a stack-able washer/dryer for your convenience-- sleeps up 8 people.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and balcony access with a spectacualr view of the ocean. It has its own bathroom with dual vanities. It has cable tv.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and cable tv.

The living room has a large flat screen tv hanging on the wall. There are 2 bunks in an out of the way area behind the kitchen table. They have twin size beds and are big enough for an adult.

A full kitchen to prepare those fun meals when you not out dining at the many outstanding restaurants located within walking distance or a short drive to the Gulf Crest. Twenty-four-hour, security, guard gate for your protection.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.

Beautiful getaway!

This property was very nice. Everything was clean. Unit was bigger than expected. The outside deck was huge! Kitchen was well stocked. Property is gated, so it felt very safe. The assigned parking spot was also nice. Elevators were fast and we never had to wait more than 15 seconds for one to arrive. There were 2 hot tubs and 2 pools. There was another small pool (kiddie pool?) near the tiki bar. Free beach chairs were also a nice benefit. Cons: the spare bedroom bed frame was quite squeaky, no beach towels and no hair dryer. I loved the quiet location. Traffic is a not issue in that area of the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Absolutely loved this place! The entire property is very secure and close to several bars and restaurants. The unit was very clean minus some sand on the balcony. All furniture was up to date and in good condition. Loved the spacious layout of the unit. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back.

It was very outdated, it wasn’t as clean as the other condos we’ve stay in. Everything was working property just not the nicest oft cleanest. But thanks for having us.

Condo was great. Clean. Huge balcony with Gulf view. Sunsets are perfect. Garage parking is wonderful. Elevators are fast and has air flow. Outdoor pools are so nice. Our only complaint was the mattresses in both bedrooms desperately needs to be replaced We will most definitely book our summer vacations at Gulf Crest in the future..

Great Spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and met our needs with 2 adults and 3 kids. Loved the amenities the building offered as well! We hope to plan another vacation here soon!

It was superficial cleaned!

We enjoyed our stay at the unit after we did some initial cleaning. Loved the large balcony and the balcony furniture. It was not as clean as we liked. The floors in the 2nd bedroom and bathroom were still sandy. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, and dishwasher was not unloaded. Bathtubs needed cleaning. We did notify Management (after we did some cleaning) they replied fast and offered to send someone up to clean.

Great fall getaway in PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great fall week in PCB. This unit with the enormous balcony facing the gulf was an excellent deal. The management couldn't have been nicer and the building was very well kept. The covered parking was an added bonus.

The view of the Caribbean from the balcony was "Fantastic", we enjoyed the sound of waves crashing on to the beach at night. The only real problem we had was the TV in one of the Bedrooms wasn't working and the overhead light in the mechanical room was 'burned' out where as we were forced to use our "Flashlite" app on our phones so we could see how to operate the washer/dryer, other than that we had an enjoyable time..

The refrigerator smells like fish so did the kitchen no ice turn up freezer and it made ice chairs in living room need replacement or fixed had a great time not fussing just to let you know also found pill under master bedroom chest thanks for the stay

Location is great, condo is spacious, but could use a good deep clean and furniture updated.

Location, property and amenities were all great. The condo itself had so much space so that was great, but the cleaning and upkeep of the unit could use some help. All living room furniture needs replaced, but we didn’t spend too much time in the condo so we mainly just sat on porch or slept. For the amount of cleaning fee I don’t think cleaners did there job. Floors were disgusting, you can tell the bedroom furniture (headboards) has never had a vacuum (needs attention). I would stay at this location again, but probably not this condo.

Nice but needs TLC

Nice location and view but condo needed some updating, new furniture and a good cleaning. The chairs had no cushion to speak of. The sofa had plywood under the cushion for support. The lights had burn out bulbs which made the rooms dark even with the lights on. The floor was dirty. If you went barefoot, you feet would be dirty/nasty after walking on the floor.

The master suite was very spacious; however, the bed frame was very squeaky and the bathroom could use some updating. The floors were also not cleaned sufficiently prior to our arrival. Every time we walked around barefoot our feet would be black on the bottom. I loved the outdoor patio space and all of the amenities are incredible. You are a minutes walk from restaurants right outside the property and there’s even a yummy grill by the pool that serves fresh food and drinks. Highly recommend for families, friend groups, or couples! Loved my stay!
