So great!! You can tell the unit owners REALLY care about the unit. Everything from black makeup towels to plenty of cookware and additional toiletries. A super beautiful unit!!

This was one of my favorite beachfront condos! Perfect location. So very cozy & spacious. Condo was spotless, beds were comfortable, and elevators were fast. Stunning beach views with a huge balcony! Perfect-sized pools & easy access to the beach. Grilling area was a plus too! We were so sad to leave, but will definitely be back soon.

Very nice condo. Only complaint being the floors were very dirty… Especially the floors. If you walked around on first day before we had went to the beach you had sand and black feet.

Amazing Week

This condo was one of the nicest units we've ever stayed at over the last 15 years of traveling south for family vacations. It was very nicely decorated and the shared space was very large and open. The balcony was huge with very nice furniture that we were able to enjoy each morning and evening. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our family. We didn’t want to leave! The boys and us really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfectly accessible with great resort activities and games in the condo for them. Thank you! Our middle son especially loved the bunk beds in the wall!With all that said, our stay was amazing. We would rebook in a heartbeat should we find ourselves this way again!

Nice unit!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this unit! The place was very nice, clean, and the recent renovations were well done and made it feel fresh and comfortable. The only small downsides were the polyester sheets, which weren’t our favorite, and the kitchen was missing a few basic utensils we would have liked to have on hand. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again!

Fall Break

We had a great time in 1905. The room was perfect! Clean, beautiful, updated. The beds were comfortable and when I could not unlock the door due to receiving the wrong combination, I called and it was fixed immediately. I would stay here again for sure! Many memories made!

The check in process was so easy! You receive the information needed for check in well in advance which is so nice. We did run into an issue with our door code but the property manager, Jo was quick to help get it figured out! She answered her phone immediately and had our issue fixed within seconds. The room itself was wonderful and the views from the balcony are stunning! The room matched our expectation to a T! We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!

Let me first start by saying the Condo is beautiful, but it needs some attention . The light in the master bath shower and exhaust fan did not work and the exhaust fan in small bathroom did not work either. Also the door stopper on entry door was broke so it kept falling down and the door would not close . I sent message to host and they did have maintenance come and fix these problems but he did not fix until the day before we left so it was a bit of any inconvenience. Also when we arrived there was still Doritos on the couch, the rug under the master bed is filthy and needs to be replaced I don't think cleaning it will help. Was not able to use the washer because it was absolutely disgusting with black mold all over the ring and it stunk. there was no way I was going to wash my clothes in that washer. I did report these issues to host and was told they do a heavy clean in Oct and those things would be addressed then . This condo was rated a 10 for being clean I have to say I was disappointed and would only give it maybe a 6 or 7 for cleanliness . Weather and beach and pool was great. We ate at some great restaurants. But disappointed in my room . Will definitely come back to Panama City Beach but will probably stay somewhere different . Sorry to give some not so great news but when you advertise a room that is a 10 I would have expected better .

When maintenance issues are reported to us during a guest's stay, we make every effort to address them as quickly as possible. In this case, had we been notified of the shower light/exhaust fan and door=stopper issues earlier in the stay, rather than near the end, our maintenance team would have had the opportunity to correct them much sooner. Our maintenance team also has scheduled maintenance throughout the property, so some repairs may be addressed according to their maintenance schedule when they are not reported as urgent. Regarding the washing machine, our maintenance team inspected it and found that it was not leaking or malfunctioning. The issue occurred because the washer had been loaded too full, which caused water to come out during the cycle. We're sorry to hear that the condo's cleanliness did not meet your personal standards. We take all feedback seriously and will review the areas mentioned with our cleaning team. While we are confident that the condo was cleaned before your arrival, we understand that cleanliness preferences and standards can vary from guest to guest. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We're glad you were able to enjoy the beautiful weather, beach, pool, and Panama City Beach, and we sincerely appreciate your feedback
