Emerald Beach Condo 2031 is 2 Bedrooms (Both with King Size Beds) + bunk area 2 twin beds, a Queen Sofa Sleeper and a Queen Size Murphy Bed with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large balcony with gorgeous views from this 20th floor unit.

Emerald Beach is a True Vacation Resort, with Bellman Service and not just a condominium complex. It is an Ocean-Front Complex located 1 mile west of Pier Park with the Best Amenities of any Resort in PCB Multiple pools. Family oriented area 2 pools & hot tubs walk in pool & Kids Splash Zone and snack bar. A Large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side heated pool. All pools have hot tubs next to them.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 very large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

Other Unit Features:
- Master Suite has a king size bed, Large Bay Window sitting area & table with straight out ocean view & Flat Screen TV .
- The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed Flat Screen TV
- Bunk area has 2 Twin size beds
- The living room has a Queen Size Murphy Bed and Queen Size Commercial Grade pull out sofa.

We have a keyless entry system which allows you to reserve at the last minute, it also provides you our guest with added security.

A $400 refundable Security Deposit Required for groups under age 25.

Beautiful Beach

The resort is lively and in a great location. The ocean was turquoise and the water was clear and beautiful. Have chairs and an umbrella provided was great. Make sure you have the right garage code upon arrival. The condo was nice, but could have been stocked better. We also found old food in the cabinet above the stove. It was very spacious and my kids loved the bunk beds. I would recommend putting some rugs down to prevent sand in your beds. The master bed was HARD as a board (some people may like that) and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. But other than that, the condo was good. We enjoyed the beach and Starbucks on property.

Wonderful place to stay.

We had a great week staying here and we loved the location. Condo is very well stocked for cooking. The building is wonderful and offered many amenities that we enjoyed: hot tub, heated pool, live music, food/ice cream store, etc.

Great Location On The Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had everything we needed for an excellent vacation. It was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. The King beds in the 2 bedrooms were very nice and the Queen Size Murphy bed in the great room was super comfortable with the memory foam mattress. We did not use the bunk beds or the sofa sleeper for sleeping but they also seemed nice. Would stay here again!

Fall Break

The condo was just as described and was wonderful for our family. We only had a few things that were issues. The screen on the sliding glass door was ripped when we got there, thankfully not a lot of bugs this time of year (probably because of the wind tunnel it creates when you have it open). The entry door and the master bedroom door both “stick” and are hard to open/close, but that’s very minor. Everything else was great!!
