Elegant, comfortable and spacious, it's ideal for families who enjoy resort style living with all the amenities to enjoy summer. With a chefs style kitchen and a great BBQ and outdoor entertaining area complete with a private pool hidden in the top garden and a stunning porch to enjoy sundown drinks.

Just a short minute's walk to the village, where you can enjoy weekend farmers markets, a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants or take a walk on the harbor promenade.

There are three car parking spaces on the property with direct access to the house & garden / bbq area making it convenient for you to enter and set up. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available.

High Expectations Exceeded

Every room of the historic home, its grounds and pool, physical location across from the harbor, and the very short walk to lovely downtown Northport's dining and entertainment (we saw a wonderful Broadway-style show) provided the "magic" we needed for our first ever visit to Long Island.

Captain’s House

Beautiful very old house in a wonderful location. The size of the property was wonderful. The pool in the yard was beautiful. Several other issues presented smaller problems for us. TV was virtually unusable, We also could not operate the coffee pot that was there, and didn’t ask for some additional help other than the initial instructions. There was no central air conditioning, but window units in each bedroom, which were noisy and had filter issues. I was not very happy with the cleanliness of the property. I hope they will take care of that for future guests.

Long Island Reunion

We so enjoyed our stay at this home, it had everything we needed and the location was absolutely perfect! We really enjoyed the pool and being able to walk to the park, harbor and downtown eateries! You couldn’t have asked for a better location! Thank you Megan and Regina!

Beautiful house

The home is beautiful, location is beyond awesome and the ease of booking and contacting property management was effortless. We enjoyed waking up in such luxurious surroundings and walking to the coffee shop for breakfast. You won’t regret it!
