White Guesthouse with a Pool

Welcome to The White Guesthouse in Springfield, a mid-century styled modern home that includes a private patio with a pool and deck that is perfectly suited for a relaxing evening during the spring/fall, and warm summer months. The white guesthouse is close to all the shops including Historic C-Street, MSU campus, coffee shops, Mercy/Cox hospitals, and downtown are all less than a 7 min drive. The home is a short distance from I-44, and Highway 65.

Our White Guesthouse is a newly remodeled home with modern touches throughout the home. It brings a cozy and luxurious feel with a fully equipped kitchen offering everything that you need. Enjoy a latte or iced coffee with our Geve espresso machine. This is a perfect home for long term stay for travel nurses/business trips or a short weekend stay. We offer a laundry room on the premises, wifi, and a Smart TV which includes Hulu, and any other apps you would like to use. Our master bedroom includes a private bathroom, and a small office/desk area. Our patio and pool area is privately fenced in. Enjoy the pool in the warmer months. This beautiful home is near all the popular attractions, shops, and destinations.

We had a wonderful time at the White Guesthouse! The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and kid friendly! Our kiddos had a blast playing in the pool! We recommend staying here if you are visiting Springfield!

Property was as presented in photos and very clean. Host accommodated an early check in for us. Hot water was amazing and beds/linens were super comfy. Was able to do laundry efficiently as well. Lots of cute touches. The train runs through regularly but I didn’t find it to be an issue at all so don’t let that deter you from staying here. Overall things were pretty quiet.

Little GEM

Perfect stay for my recent graduation at MSU! Location, comfort, and communication with the owner made our stay even more than we expected. While the neighborhood is a quiet older community, this home shines above! The decor and attention to detail fulfilled any needs that guests may have, making our travels and stay even more enjoyable. Waiting for grandbaby!

We stayed here for one week waiting for our grandbaby to be born in Springfield. Although he did not arrive while we were in town, we had a wonderful time at this property. The host is a sweetheart and was super helpful all week long. The place is clean and updated nicely with plenty of space for a family.

Springfield vacation

This VRBO was everything the was promised. It as a very nice house with all the amenities. The kids enjoyed the stock tank pool. It was close to all the attractions we were interested in visiting. I would highly recommend this house for your next stay in Springfield!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very pretty and clean. The couch isn’t as comfortable as I would have liked, but is nice and functional. There were many thoughtful touches. The neighborhood is older, but no issues. There is a train several times a day that makes rumbling noises, but no whistles. I would stay there again.

We are from Colorado Springs. We visit Springfield and Branson every year. This was our 5th house rental. We enjoyed it so much. I love that there are lightening bugs still here! Yes, the salt and pepper alignment was exceptional. There were plenty of towels and paper products. The plants really gave the place a home feeling. It is a perfect pool for kids! Thank you!! Springfield Marriage

We really liked the Whitehouse. The owner has thought of everything a traveler needs, but also many super things that are unexpected. Really enjoyed the espresso machine.. The owner makes sure the entire rental process is enjoyable. There are no unexpected charges or checkout duties. Easy peasy. We have stayed in many vacation rentals all over the country; the whitehouse was easily the best!

Rented house to be close to family over Christmas. We needed a pet friendly option.

We felt the rental was just as described. Everything was new and clean, and it was beautifully furnished. We loved the fireplace. The wreath on the door and garland on the mantle gave it a Christmas touch. The plants in all the rooms contributed to the natural decor. Our coffee drinkers especially enjoyed the coffee bar. Great home for a few nights

First I want to say this home is hands down the best decorated house I’ve ever stayed in. The owner thought of literally everything for your stay to be comfortable. It was like a hotel, with all the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even makeup remover wipes! But obviously much more comfortable than a hotel and comparable in cost, so it is really a no brainer to stay here. My 7 year old daughter also really enjoyed the small pool. The only downfall is I am super sensitive to noises, like hyper sensitive, and there is a train near by so that did bother me at night, but not to the point where it woke me up or kept me up all night. I just had to have a fan on to help drown out the noise some. Overall, I’d stay here again!

Cute house in a sus neighborhood

On the positive side, the pictures of the property are accurate. The house is very cute and clean. The neighborhood unfortunately doesn’t match. The ‘pool’ is essentially a livestock trough with a liner. The front door lock is a challenge as the lock itself gets stuck in the door frame. You’ll need to lift up on the door as it’s locking/unlocking so make sure your hands are free. The hot water is super hot but I wouldn’t recommend using more than one shower at a time. None of the bedrooms have their own TV but the single living room TV has a good sized screen. Also, 2 night minimum but we went ahead and left after just one night.
