Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glitter is allowed on the premises. If glitter is found, the guest will be charged an additional fee.
Guests must familiarize themselves with the water hose in the back before using the firepit. No more than 3-4 logs should be burning at one time.
At no point should a guest leave the fire unattended. It must be snuffed out completely before going to bed or leaving the property for any reason.

The property itself was very clean and comfortable. The outside was older but nice. The surrounding properties on each side of this house are very run down and junky not very inviting for a first impression pulling into the driveway.

Check in was easy and convenient and the extra step of adding a code that was specific to me was a nice safety assurance. The backyard was beautiful! The house was so cute and had everything we needed. We didn’t have to drive more than a few miles for anything we wanted. We will definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

The TV in the master bedroom isn’t connected to anything (cable, internet, dvd player, etc.)The water heater couldn’t keep up in the hall bath and consistently gave only cold showers after 5 minutes. (Master bedroom bath was fine.)The neighbourhood felt sketchy and there were dogs barking all night. Not really the owners fault, but also not worth the price.

Graduation weekend

We rented the house for two nights for our kids graduation from Mo state. Close to Campus! Great commutation. We weren’t at the house much but recently remodeled and games are a nice touch!
