Happy, but a few disappointing things!

The home is beautiful and our stay was nice. However, we were disappointed that it was not communicated to us that we did not have access to the water park. This could have been in oversight on our behalf, but it was assumed that the property of which we were residing was included because of the picture advertisement that was on the website. As for the house, we noticed a few cosmetic problems, with hopes that you were aware of before our stay. In addition, a couple of rooms were WITHOUT a tv remote, toilette tissue (it would have been nice to know all amenities included prior to renting property—extra bath towels/wash clothes, pool towels, dish clothes, soap, etc.), and a working fan, including the patio fans. Other than what’s mentioned above, our family enjoyed the stay, and we now know how to plan/prepare for our future visits to such properties. Thank you!
