Relax at this centrally located 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the 12 mile marker in Village of Four Seasons. Enjoy the patio that is partially shaded in the hot summer months and the Surf Shack bar. Fully stocked kitchen, and over 400 DVDs to watch when there is nothing on. This complex is clean and quiet. Outdoor swimming pool and community firepit. A12 x 30 boat slip with pontoon lift are also available upon inquiry. Air mattress for seventh person.

What makes this property unique

Freshly painted with new beds and high end furniture, the condo is a great place to unwind. Ample towels, washcloths, and a fully stocked kitchen make this place ready for your enjoyment. The patio has a new bar height table and chairs, tv and your own bar complete with fridge on those hot days. A gas grill is available for use on the front porch.

Guests will have access to the entire condo unit. This unit is a first level unit, down one set of stairs. A keycode will be provided prior to check-in. Check-in and check-out times can be adjusted based on other reservations. Parking is unassigned. Please note, trailer parking is not allowed on the premises.
