Beautiful location, terrible management company

The day we arrived our unit was already occupied. They were doubled booked and we had to scramble and find a place to stay because they had no other units to give us. Place was dirty, dirty dishes in cabinets and had to go out and buy the essentials. No hand soap, no garbage bags and only a few towels.

Excellent Stay

The apartment was decorated nicely, it was very clean, and complete with everything for your stay. It was very spacious with a Spectacular view!! Excellent location directly on the Intercoastal, walking distance to the beach and downtown. The happy hour had live entertainment which was very nice. The property manager Monica was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a wonderful stay!!!

Could be better

I was overall happy, but I feel it would of been a five star, if there were extra sheets for the pull out. Beach towels for the pool, instructions if there was Wi-Fi or cable, and if parking was available. I was left in a guessing game as to how to check in and check out. The owner didn't get back to me when I arrived, but German, the janitor was so nice to help me. Also, it was a little disturbing because my check out was not until 11:00 am but the cleaning lady came at 8:00 am and knocked on my door, not right. I would suggest to have a laminated instruction sheet so the next guest can have a better experience on the issues above mentioned, and enjoy. All in all it was a good stay
