Our newly-built rustic industrial home boasts easy and walkable access to all of your Bentonville favorites, including Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, and NWA's premier MTB bike trails.

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, our home can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the open-concept living room featuring natural wood finishes, cozy seating, a gas fireplace, and access to our fenced-in patio. In the living area, you'll find a comfy oversized chaise sofa, a comfy leather lounge chair, a 55-inch ROKU Smart TV, and our stunning electric fireplace - the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.

Our fully-stocked kitchen features brand-new appliances, including a gas stove, combination single-serve/drip coffee pot, and ample built-in storage. Enjoy your meals in the adjacent six-top dining table or at the large island with three barstools.

At the end of the day, retreat to one of our five luxury beds. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a King-size bed, two closets, a dresser, a lounge chair, a 55-inch ROKU Smart TV, and a HUGE en suite bath with heated floors and a dual shower head walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, and nearby bath. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin-sized bunk beds, sleeping four people total, a closet, and a nearby bath. Downstairs, our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, desk area, closet, and nearby bath.

Outside, our fenced-in patio area is the perfect place to enjoy some fresh air and outdoor dining with a large dining table, lounge seating and grill.

During your stay, take advantage of our location, only 0.5 miles from Razorback Greenway, Slaughter Pen Trail, and Downtown Bentonville. Crystal Bridges and The Momentary are just a short 2-mile drive or 0.4-mile walk away. Additionally, our home is MTB-friendly, with easy access to all of Bentonville's trails.

Other amenities include heated floors in the primary bathroom, a fully-equipped laundry room, parking for up to 4 cars (including 2 in the garage), and a doorbell camera on the front door for security.

We provide our guests with all necessary amenities, but please note that excess supplies will need to be purchased by guests for personal use during their stay. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

I'm never leaving!

Wow, what an incredible floor plan and thoughtfully decorated, clean and well stocked. Thank you for the various options for making coffee and having actual coffee provided. We loved our stay and will definitely look to rebook here on our next trip. It's a nice walk into town and easy to hit some local trails from the house.

What a great place - clean and new! The accommodations surpassed expectations. It is right by the biking trails, among the best I've ridden. We loved walking to town for lunch. The local coffee shop is a block away. Loved it!

Excellent property for shredding the gnar in Bentonville

The accommodations were excellent and very well hosted. Plenty of bike storage and amenities to support a weekend of shredding the gnar. Tesla wall charger was a great addition and something we noted for our next trip as an option. Property was centrally located and very easy to access the local trails or downtown Bentonville for a quick bite and some coffee. Check-in and out was very easy and communication/expectations were clearly laid out. Turn down upon check-out was not overly egregious and easy to meet the requests of the hosts. Will be looking to rent again!

Great stay at the Rowan Oz

The Rowan at Oz Village is perfect for immersing yourself in Bentonville’s fun. The house is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. The house is conveniently located to Crystal Bridges and all of the trails. The owner Ryan is very responsive. If we are lucky enough to get back to Bentonville, we will be back. Thank you.
