Welcome to this newly updated and modern pool villa with new luxurious furniture. Location! Location! Location! The house is situated in the SE neighborhood close to Yacht Beach Club, downtown, shops, golf clubs, Sunsplash Park and the finest restaurants. It offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, a heated pool, a game room and a playground. It sleeps 12 people, so it is perfect for large family gatherings.
