Left stranded!

Would love to give a review of the property, but we never saw it because the host left us stranded. Reservations made and paid for and confirmation received, only to show up and be told the property was unavailable. Arrived at 8:30 Friday night for the Masters tournament with no place to stay. Panic! Fortunately VRBO stepped up and made other arrangements. Took about two and a half hours, but it worked out. We received a full refund. Good things to say about VRBO, but nothing good to say about the host who put us in the situation.
