Main house, private yard-The garage was remodeled into an ADU which has a conjoining door that is locked and completely separate and can be added as a 5th bedroom.



Other Things to Note:

Short term bookings-

Spa heating is $76 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $179 per day each day you booked; 2-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat).

Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay.



28+ days stay require $25-45/day utility fee to be determined by seasons.

This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.



Parties of more than 14 may need to request rollaway beds for an additional fee. There are 7 beds that sleep 2 people each. Plus, one large sectional.

Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
