You can watch the sunrise in this custom built stucco villa with circular driveway, wrought iron gate and open large yard that feels like you are in Tuscany or Province. There are 2 balconies on the second floor with expansive views. In the back of the house is a large patio with seating for a large group and a table to enjoy your breakfast. Adjacent to the patio is a long wisteria covered pergola with a a wooden table for meals under the stars. The property is very private and at the end of a long driveway.
The kitchen has a 6 gas burner Viking stove with an electric oven and a subzero refrigerator, along with a dishwasher. Large island where three people can sit for meals. Also a cafe table for intimate meal for two.
Has a formal dinning room that sits 10, a formal living room and a great room with fireplace and flat screen TV. Friends and family love the house and feel like it’s the perfect getaway. Only minutes from Southampton and fabulous shopping. A ten minute ride to the beautiful Coopers Beach.
