Amazing property

It's like staying in a large, luxurious tree house. Really enjoyed our stay! Beds are super comfortable.

This place met all of our needs for the 2 days we were there. Everything was clean. The only minor exception was the dirty window screens (visible because we had windows open). The beds were comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was nice. All appliances were clean inside and out. The floors were clean. The furniture was comfortable.The only issue we had was the VERY STEEP and RUTTED driveway and the lack of parking near the main entrance. (The listing does strongly suggest AWD or 4WD to get up the driveway - I’d say it’s a requirement. And I can hardly imagine getting up that hill in the winter even with 4WD.) We reluctantly took our 4x4 pickup instead of our more economical sedan. Glad we did - we actually needed to put our truck in 4WD to get up the driveway….and this was in early July. There is very limited parking near the front door and the steep driveway makes accessing that area a bit difficult if you’re parking more than 1 car there. They allow parking in other areas, but you’d need to walk up at least part of the steep driveway if you park in those places. There was a lot of deep dust in the driveway and leading into the house, making it difficult to keep shoes clean (an issue since we attended several wedding-related functions at Suncadia in formal clothing/shoes). It was, however, very easy to access all Suncadia properties from this house, which was very handy. We would consider staying here again, but would prefer a place without a steep driveway.
