Upgraded apartment in luxury gated community across street from the new UCI hospital, with bus stop to UCI Campus, and proximity to Irvine Business Area. Nearby is also John Wayne Airport, Fashion Island Mall, South Coast Plaza Mall, Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach, as well as many top bars and restaurants. Amenities include our beautiful pool, a relaxing jacuzzi, our well equipped gym, basketball and tennis court. Peaceful view over courtyard. Luxuriously furnished. You live like in a resort
The apartment offers upgraded kitchen granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Amenities include pool, jacuzzi, gym, basketball and tennis court.
Peaceful view over courtyard. All utilities gas, electric, water and internet is paid by owner. Apartment is equipped with new furniture, Walls are painted white and rooms are freshly carpeted.
The whole apartment and a garage space is accessible for guests. You will be provided a key fob per person by the HOA. The $240 HOA fees for the key fobs and your move-in and move-out registration, will be paid courtesy of your host for your convenience. It is usually booked all year around, not just through vrbo. Be sure to book in the rare occasions it is available.
Minimum 30 days rental in agreement with Irvine and HOA rules. Please book your stay with a credit card or arrange other travel insurance for your own safety and benefit, in case of need for last minute cancellation or changes. Ask us about adding optional weekly cleaning/hotel service separately.

Why they chose this property
It's a great neighborhood. I used to live in this apartment myself. I'm renting a bigger place now and live 5 minutes away. Call me when you need me and I'll be there right away. It's an ideal place for a UCI student, or hospital guests and staff, if you have work in the business area, or just want to enjoy experiencing Orange County.
