Beach Place #304 - This condo is spacious with tons of natural light, a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath retreat ready for friends or family! Near everything, including gorgeous white sandy beaches, heated swimming pool and lounging area, and popular John's Pass Village, the time to book is now! Free Wifi Please note this condo has ONE parking spot and there is no additional parking available at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The large open kitchen, is fully stocked with utensils, including microwave and coffee maker and ready for all of your cooking needs. The kitchen table can seat up to six. The living area provides comfortable furniture, including a sleeper sofa, loveseat, ottoman and a flat screened TV, which promises pure relaxation! The outdoor balcony has views of John's Pass which is just a short walk away.

The roomy master bedroom has one queen sized bed, one double bed, television, and ample closet and dresser drawer space with private access to the balcony. The large second guest room also contains one queen bed and one double bed, making this a perfect spot for family or groups. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit. Free dedicated high speed wireless is also included. One parking space is also provided with no visitor parking.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Of course, a top attraction is the premier location this condo offers. Near all amenities, including BBQ facilities, pool and of course, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Florida - Madeira Beach. John's Pass Village is directly across the street. This #1 tourist is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Great location

Staff was extremely helpful, location (close to beach and restaurants) was perfect. Only thing that we wish we had known was that while kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, etc., there was no coffee, filters, or any staples other than salt and pepper. For a short stay, it wasn't worth it to buy anything to cook so we just ate out. Fortunately, the coffee shop and restaurants are right across the street. We would stay again.

Customer service rep was a doll and very helpful when my original condo ended up deciding to do maintenance that would drastically impact my stay for 4 days. Unfortunately the new condo Room was not as clean as I would have expected... floors, counters were rather dirty and there were no supplies to clean with, so I had to buy some. But it was a place to lay our heads and close to the beach!

The on beach access was a huge thing for the kids we didn’t have to pack up and get into the car we would just walk to the back of the resort. Only down fall is there is 1 elevator and it’s slower than a snail. We used the steps quite a bit but being on 4th floor was a lot to carry sometimes. No issues otherwise. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, and I have to say, this is one of the best I have stayed in. It was super clean when I checked in. I had plenty of the supplies that I was supposed to have. Quite a few of the rentals I have stayed at have been short on utensils, pots and pans, etc, but this one had plenty of everything that I needed. It doesn't have a direct gulf view, but from the balcony, you can see the gulf and you have a very good view of John's Pass.

The condo is bright and spacious and the location can’t be beat. Step out of the elevator and go right you are at the pool or beach. Step out of the elevator and go left and you are at John’s Pass. While unit is not directly on the beach the balcony has a view of the Johns Pass drawbridge, the Gulf and the activity of John’s Pass. Should stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beach Place before but usually in the 3 bedroom units, this time we only a 2 bedroom which these units are closer to the road/intersection and we had a corner unit. This unit was quite entertaining until you want to go to bed and then it can be load (everyone has to do burnouts going up the hill on the bridge). As far as the unit itself, it looks just like the pictures and was acceptable but could have used a really good cleaning. There were a few things that could use some repair like a kitchen cabinet and the weatherstripping on the main door to keep out the lizards 😬. The only real issue we had was one night after returning to the unit, someone was parked in our space... we called the emergency number and there isn’t a plan or action to take for that.. so we had to decide if we take another unit’s space or park at the public spaces. We chose a space that seemed to be empty all week in hopes that our car wouldn’t get towed. But there needs to be instructions for the emergency number on what to do... the signs say those without parking pass are subject to towing but who determines that? There isn’t security. John’s Pass is always fun to walk around and watch the dolphins from the boardwalk.

The only issues were with the kitchen. The unit needs an upgrade as it has a very old electric stove with uneven coiled burners, old cookware and limited cooking utensils available. We choose to stay in a condo vs a hotel so we can save some money by cooking some meals ourselves. Unfortunately, the cooking experience in this unit was very frustrating. A small investment into the Kitchen would be ideal to give the guests a more enjoyable overall experience.

Great Location

Location was with in walking distance of restaurants and shopping at John’s Pass. It can be noisy at times but not terrible by 10 pm it’s pretty quiet.
