NOTICE TO GUEST STAYING IN MAY 2026: The swimming pool will be undergoing a resurfacing project starting May 4, 2026 and will be closed for approximately 4 weeks.

Fantastic location, fantastic condo, and directly on the beach!



This beachfront complex is located directly across the street from Johns Pass Village, the main center of town, and location of all the best restaurants, shops, and activities. No need for a car here, just stroll along the beach to John's Pass for a morning coffee, a day of excitement, or a dinner out.



Featuring a spacious balcony to an updated corner unit on the Northwest side of the building. Just set back from the beach with a fabulous view of the beach and Gulf and a clear view of the evening Sunsets. Plenty of privacy and shade for meals overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.



-Master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a comfortable King size bed, and private access to the balcony through a wide sliding door, giving you a morning wake up picture of the beach and water you won't soon forget. A private bathroom is attached to the master with a walk-in shower.

-The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds.

-For additional sleeping needs, there is a comfortable Queen size bed in the living room area.



24hr Elevator access, TV's in every room, free cable WiFi, free long distance calling, washer and dryer in the condo, all linens and towels provided.

There is no better location in.Madeira Beach to stay if you don’t want to drive or park anywhere. Directly across from John’s Pass with multiple great restaurants & shops - all walkable. Hubbard Marina offers all kinds of boat tours, sea doo rentals & parasailing. Units are older & the cleaner could do a better job but all in all a great place to stay! Would definitely go back!

Location was great. Beachfront with John’s Pass across the street. Watched dolphins swimming 20 feet from the beach in the mornings. Listened to the bands from John’s Pass in the evenings. All from the spacious balcony.

Loved watching dolphins and sunsets on our balcony! The beach and location is perfect. The pool is small but nice. The condo could use some TLC, but as long as you are okay with a few details not being perfect the location makes up for it.

Beautiful, unobstructed views. Watched sunsets every night from balcony. Loved that chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys already there. Just pack your suit and go!

Location is great - the unit was good for the two of us. The kitchen was not well stocked - 2 skillets and both had silicone peeling off and were warped - not a big deal since we only cook breakfast

Beautiful

Great view! We saw dolphins most mornings from our balcony. The pool was heated and gave us a night break from the beach. The beach is literally steps away with the softest sand. We walked to Caddy’s for lunch and drinks and barely had to drive more than a quarter mile for great tacos and seafood. The condo itself was lovely and in great shape. We had the best time!

We were amazed how large the condo was. Beds we’re comfortable, living room furniture was generally good, but with some space guns of wear. Kitchen was well supplied with cookware , small appliances, & dishes. Dishwasher did not do a good job of washing dishes, so we prewashed everything by hand.

Condo was nice for the price. The building as a whole is a little worn and needs some love. We had a nice view of the water and condo was equipped with everything we needed. Arriving after dark was a little bit of a challenge. There is only a very small sign at the entrance that we missed. It's directly across the street from John's Pass so there are many restaurant options within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Fun week at the beach!

We had a fun week. I stayed in the main bedroom and the bed was really comfy. The view is amazing anytime of day. This is our second time in this condo for this reason. Seeing dolphins while drinking my coffee is the best. Great location with John’s Pass being right there across the street. We cooked most of our dinner and ate at the condo and newer non-stick pans would be a nice thing to add, along with a cookie sheet so we could cook chicken nuggets or something in the oven. The crock pot was nice to have though! We had a great week and will probably be back 😊.

The location and the resort itself was excellent. Unfortunately the room and furniture were filthy. The microwave did not work nor did the dishwasher. The blinds kept falling off the clips and I had to keep reinstalling them. I would stay at Madeira Norte again but definitely not in #313.

1 parking pass for 6 adults is unacceptable. Be prepared to pay $$$ for off site parking for additional vehicles. Hand written notes and rules and regulations posted everywhere. Not the premium experience I paid for. I will take my business to Indian Rocks Beach where locals are appreciated and parking is free and plentiful.

Seagull beach

Kitchen supplies are the worst. Too small or cook. No pans no kids. A crock pot of no use. No instructions on stove or dishwasher. Did use dishwasher. Washer dryer ok. View is good. People who live there helped as instructions are poor. Should be better communication but it isn’t Vrbo it’s a sub contractor and too many cooks spoil the broth. As they say

Cleanliness Issues

The listing states you want to be a 5-star accommodation but the cleanliness of your property completely suggests something different. We're not clean freaks by any stretch of the imagination and yet this property falls well below what one should expect. Filthy blankets and placements and dust and grease everywhere. You have one of the premier views from this condo imaginable and yet the filth, lack of simple repairs and the unavailability of things like dish rags, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags leaves a lot to be desired in truly making this anything close to a 5-star experience.

Construction madness

The view from this property is gorgeous. We came down for a quick getaway and we were highly disappointed with our stay here. The location and room were okay, the couches are dirty though. They need to replace them. The listing said there would be construction going on on the property, however we were not told that we wouldn’t have access to our balcony AND they were sawing and using a jackhammer from 8:30-4 everyday. My 3 month old daughter got so scared every time they started using the jackhammer. My husband couldn’t even take his conference calls or work while we were there. He had to go to Starbucks to work, because the noise was so loudly. I sent in my concerns to the owners and never heard back from them.

Having been to more than a dozen US beaches we have a good idea of what is good and what is bad. Madeira Norte 313 was very nice. Check-in went well and the people at itrip were quick to respond with any questions. The condo was clean and comfortable. We did not cook so I can’t comment on utensils, pots & pans, etc but the fridge worked fine, nice coffee maker, and laundry machines are great. Beds are comfortable, AC works great, and other facets of condo living were excellent. Key fobs are provided for access to the elevators and beach access; it’s a security thing and I get it. Wonderful view, sunsets, easy parking, short walk to the beach. Weekends are busy due to its proximity to the public parking areas but Mon-Fri saw a fraction of people on the beach. John’s Pass Village (across the street) was slammed on Saturday night. It must be the go-to place to walk about. Local restaurants are within walking distance to a ten minute drive. The city of St Petersburg is fantastic. Great restaurants, waterfront, and pier. The surprising thing was we saw very little traffic is such a populated area. The locals are laid back and the vacationers we met were friendly. All in all, we had a flawless week of vacation and will return.
