This newly renovated condo has all the comforts of home with new flooring, cabinets and granite throughout. Enjoy beautiful gulf breezes from the privacy of your balcony and experience Florida at it's best. The master bedroom has a door that takes you out to the private balcony. The master bath has a luxurious walk in shower. There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 6 guests in the condo. As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services which include printing boarding passes, sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send personal mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This is a non- smoking accommodation.

The place was clean ans tidy it was located close to the beach and pool.The only problems we had was the patio chairs were unusable and there was no remote for the tv in the 2nd bedroom Apart from that i would stay again

Getaway

The location for this place was the best and the reason why we chose it. The place was clean when we arrived. Just a few things that didn’t go smooth were:Combination of door did not work. Place needs more mirrors. Could use additional blankets. Couches need to be replaced. The pool was perfect and a great way to end a day on the beach. Thanks

Not a bad place

Nice place, room was under construction. Stool for chair was completely destroyed and no response from property management which whatever but I don't want blamed for it. Floors looked clean but as soon as you walk barefoot on it they turn black after a few steps. No locks work for elevator or for back gate they are all broke. Again not a big deal to me but some may not feel very secure. But it's a great location and would still come back

We loved this condo! Very clean and updated. Loved how it was decorated. Very beachy, Great choices to really make you feel like you were in a beachy enviroment. We will definitly rent this unit again!

Could be an easy 10!

The good is… This could easily be a 10 overall consistently. Location is superb…. Problem is there are little things that for about 1000 investment could make it ideal. There is floor molding trim missing all throughout the place, which is sort of embarrassing when you have friends visit. The pictures online of the living room furniture had me concerned and did not disappoint when we arrived. I was sort of concerned about sitting on the couch it doesn’t look clean or sanitary and the Otman is busted, it should all be replaced. Felt like sand on the bedroom floor and we had not even been to the beach yet. The bedrooms had the flattest pillows I have ever seen in my life. we had to share the remote for the master bedroom and the living room TV, which was not a dealbreaker but inconvenient The place is nicely decorated, but it just seems like they’re doing just enough to make it desirable. Overall, we had a great time.

Beautiful beach

Condo was clean and well stocked. Suggest stocking bathrooms with more bath towels. Shopping and restaurants were within an easy walk!

Beautiful condo in the best location!

The condo is located directly across from John’s Pass making it the ideal location. You can walk to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and stores. The condo was clean and the bed was comfy! The pool is also amazing and clean with the cutest tiki tables to sit at or plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. I would recommend staying here :)

Property was well kept. Private parking and access code for pool gates and elevator made us feel safe. The room was clean and very equipped for our family of 6. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants and local shops.

Short review

First the elevator worked intermittently and its floor covering looked tacky. 1 chair on the balcony was broken as was the ottoman inside. Some walls looked unfinished. No bathmats in bathrooms and the refrigerator door needed touched up. There needs directions for tv, very frustrating trying find channels. They need regular moving carts not 1 grocery cart to move in with. air and heat were great, the recliners were fantastic and beds were very comfy

I enjoyed staying here my only complaint is that it could use some updating throughout the property (not necessarily in our room). However with at being said I did see someone on several different days speaking with someone about repairs so they seemed to be aware and at least are making efforts in the right direction.

Overall great property with excellent location

We used this condo for a quick weekend getaway. The whole building could use some updating but there were some nice updates in the condo and it met our needs perfectly. There is a beach view, but only if you stand on the balcony and lean out a bit and look to the right. There is coin operated laundry on site although we did not use these machines. Location is fantastic, just a quick trip down the stairs or elevator and then you're only a few steps away from the pool and beach. Parking is limited but we only had one car so again, this met our needs perfectly. We had a wonderful time and would visit again.

Perfect location

THE best location. The unit itself was spacious and had all the supplies anyone could need. The carpet in both bedrooms is heavily stained and needs to be ripped out. The decor-pictures, lamps, etc need to be replaced as well. Very outdated but overall a great unit. We couldn’t hear any traffic except for the occasional motorcycle revving their engine on the main road. The coin laundry for this floor is literally less than 20 steps away which was great. I would stay again.

Disgusting

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the beach. Everything is outdated, the floors that are supposed to be white are grey from all the filth, vents with dust falling off them, bathrooms horrific, bedding was horrible! The whole time we were there I had to keep fighting with fruit flies that we never understood where they were coming from! Ugh completely disgusted!!
