Enjoy this recently fully remodeled top to bottom unit with an amazing great room featuring a new kitchen, living room, large flat screen TV and dining room. The downstairs bath and the loft with its upstairs bath and shower have been remodeled. One of nicest and quietest upstairs units in the entire complex. This unit has a view of the pool, golf course and is one of the quietest units in the complex. Most of the units in the complex are on the main road, overlook a mobile home park and have not been remodeled. The new custom kitchen has new appliances, cabinets white granite countertops as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The unit an elevated open beam ceiling in the Great Room full of light which can seat six family members in the comfortable living room couches, recliner and rocking chair plus three at the beautiful granite countertop. For meals six family members can be seated in the living room plus three at the countertop.
Walk out the parking lot to the bus stop #46 and have a 4 minute bus ride to Eagle Lodge. Buses come every 20 minutes. After hiking or skiing, take the bus or walk to Dining or Shopping on Old Mammoth Road. This valued quiet upstairs unit is one of the most popular in the complex with a large Great Room with a charming river rock fireplace.
