A wonderful location for our family getaway!

We were very happy with our stay in this 3-bedroom, 3 bath condo. The location cannot be beat! The only thing that would have made it 100% perfect is if we had a full view of the beach; however, we really appreciated the extra large deck with two tables and chairs so that made up for it. Very comfortable condo.

The.Crimson building is in a beautiful location off the beach with sunsets every day possible. Even though the weather January 2024 was cold, the condo was the perfect place to be comfortable to spend our time in Florida.

Would stay again if everything was fixed. While I know many places are still recovering from the hurricane damage, it was discerning that the elevator was not working and we were not notified until 2weeks prior. Carrying luggage, groceries, and beach gear up and down steps is convenient. Hoping the pool area is completed soon.

Great location and property

The condo was clean, furnished nicely. Amenities were updated. TV’s could use updated as some didn’t work. Also, showers could use updated as doors and fixtures were corroded and gritty in both master bedrooms, vanities were nice and spacious. There was an issue with one commode not being stable, how dr it was addressed promptly and we appreciated. Balcony provides an amazing view of the ocean. The location is great for shopping and dining. We recommend

Great Location!

We loved where this condo was located and everything was great except the condo was not cleaned when we arrived. After unloading our car we obviously removed our shoes and realized how much sand was on the floor. I found the broom in a closet and when I tell you how much sand I swept up you would be amazed. I then proceeded to mop the floor and the cloth from the steam mop was completely black. Honestly this condo was wonderful and in such a great location but the last thing I want to do on vacation is clean haha

The condo is very nice. It was very clean. Having bathrooms in all the bedrooms is so nice for everyone. Being next to Johns Pass is wonderful, lots to do and plenty of places to eat.The beach was amazing and beautiful. The pool area was not like the pictures. The metal fencing was not very nice. I understand about the hurricane, and my heart goes out to everyone who went through that. I can't imagine the clean up that took place. The pictures were a little misleading of the pool. The pool next door was shown in the pictures, making you think that was our pool.Three of the nights the pool and grills, were taken over by people who weren't even staying there. It looked like they invited everyone they knew to come over. The only other thing was , no beach towels were provided, Which may not be a big deal to some, But it would have been nice to know, so we could have brought some. Charge an extra fee if they come up missing. Also a keurig would have been nice to have. Besides those the minor things we had an amazing time. The sunsets every night were amazing. The view from the balcony was great. We saw dolphins a few times which was incredible! We found amazing seashells every day. We enjoyed being steps from the ocean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beach view was as pictured and the balcony had plenty of room for relaxation. The condo was comfortable, had room for 6 adults but could use some updates with newer, comfortable bedding and bathroom shower & tub fixtures. Parking was good and the pool set up was ideal for shade & sun exposure and close to the beach. Cleaning could be stepped up a notch with dusting. Great location on John's Pass!

Except this year, air conditioning unit had to be repaired twice but was done immediately. I had to clean One of the toilets that was dirty.The faucet in the tub is barely attached and it is leaking mold. It should be repaired since it may be leaking water behind the wall.

Sunsets to never forget!

We were extremely pleased with our recent stay even though it was cut short by Ian. Condo was exactly as presented online. Very clean, updated and had nearly everything you would need. Easy access to the beach and John's Pass directly across the street. My compliments to the building designer as the shape of the building allows balconies perfectly in line with sunsets that can be seen from 2 of the bedrooms and the living room. Management was excellent in communicating with us about Ian and promptly reimbursing unused time because of the evacuation. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunhost provided us a wonderful vacation. This was our first vacation to the Gulf side of Florida. The crimson was just lovely. The condo was spotless and luxurious. The furniture was all in great condition and comfortable. Waking up to the sunrise on the deck with coffee and watching the sunsets was the perfect start and end to the day. The few issues we had the company communication great and let us know exactly what was going on. We felt very safe and had no problems letting our teens out on their own. Having John’s Pass literally across the street was great. Prime location. We arrived before the condo was ready and they allowed us to store our luggage and grab some lunch. I am already looking into booking our next trip for 2023. Not a single complaint!!

Couldn’t have picked a better place to relax with my family! Location was excellent close to John’s passage great walking distance! Came with my adult children and we all could go and do things in are own time and didn’t have to worry about having one car take us anywhere!! We walked almost every where!! Would definitely rent here again!! Only complaint would be the showers needed to be taken better care of!!! I’m sure the water had something to do with it. But would love to come back again when we save the money!! We waited 10years for this and hopefully we dnt wait that long again!! Sure miss that view and sounds of the ocean
