Enjoy a Caribbean countryside experience at this peaceful, stylish, nice and cozy centrally-located property. Fruitfullville, is a gorgeous, four (4) one bedroom units located in West Bay - Grand Cayman ( the second largest city in Grand Cayman). The units are beautifully furnished, self contained, each having there separate entrances/patio.
Not to mention, Fruitfullville is located 3-15 minutes from all the many amenities and beautiful beaches. It is within walking/driving distance to supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, coffee shops, beauty salons, banks, gym and more. all the beautiful sceneries such as Hell, beaches, turtle farm, dolphin cove, supermarkets etc.

If you choose just to stay at your unit in the evenings, you can watch the sunset while relaxing on your porch.

Pretty Nice Stay

Just a suggestion. I stayed 24 nights. I had to ask for toilet paper a number of times (being given one roll at a time). Perhaps you could consider just dropping some by every couple of days instead of making the guests ask for this basic item. Thank yoi

As you note, we stock each unit with all the essentials, but we understand that each guest utilizes these items differently. This is why we conduct frequent checks to ensure everything is going well and to see if anything needs replenishing. However, we recognize the importance of providing essential items without inconvenience. Moving forward, we will ensure that additional rolls are provided regularly without guests needing to request them. Thank you once again for your valuable input. Nice and clean apartment

Overall the apartment worked well for us. It was inexpensive, so there are no frills and it is somewhat sparsely supplied in terms of few dishes, pots & pans, utensils, and kitchen towels, but for the price it was great. We appreciated the available beach towels and the washer and drier. Everything worked well though it took us a bit to figure out the A/C and the ceiling fans (a user manual at the unit would be super helpful). The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. I ended up rolling up a towel and using that. If you are picky about your pillow, you'll want to bring your own.There are no beaches or restaurants in walking distance, so you must have a car. However, there are lots of great beaches and snorkeling spots within 5-10 minute drive from the apartment.If we return to GC, we would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Fruitville Condo West Bay

Property was tastefully decorated, very clean, overall lovely and as expected for the West Bay area (we’ve stayed in CI many times). In comparison to other similarly priced rentals, comparable quality and amenities. Bus stop just in front so if you don’t get a car (strongly suggest a car), you can still get around. Note that the listing indicated a gym/fitness room, no facilities like this on site. We would consider re-booking this property upon return, host is delightful!The only suggestions similar to other posts:1) Make basics less sparse and overstock (eg, having to ask for garbage bags and TP and not stocking kitchen staples like oil, sugar, oven mitts, tongs/prep utensils, mixing bowls for salad, laundry soap and paper towels is okay for a hotel with 24/7 staff but not for a rental intended to feel more like home). A few other similar properties included kitchen basics like snacks, milk, eggs, OJ, assorted pop, butter, etc.2) We had to ask if there were beach towels and were told beach towels by request because not everyone goes to the beach-okay, but then provide a list of extras to ask for, how do we know to ask for things if we don’t have an inventory (at other similar properties there were pro-offered beach umbrella, chairs/blanket, igloo, Bluetooth speaker, snorkel sets and so on for the beach-we didn’t see any at this property but maybe we should’ve asked?).Neither of these suggestions took away from having a great experience, good value!
