About this property

Sunny Downtown Arcata Apartment

Fully stocked and minutes from everything, this second-floor apartment is ready to be your home-away-from-home. This space gets great light and has a semi-private balcony with a cafe table that looks out over the neighborhood.



Part of Arcata Vacation Suites, a six-unit vacation rental compound in the heart of Arcata, this sunny apartment is close to everything you want to do in Arcata. The building was built sometime in the 1950’s so it has both mid-century features and modern comforts.



Our lovely large shared yard space features a propane fire pit for those cool Humboldt evenings.

This is an upstairs space with staircase access only.



Guest are able to enjoy their private balcony bistro table and all shared yard space including the propane fire pit and coin op laundry. Washer and dryer accepts quarters only ($1.25 each) and we do not have a change machine(sorry) so if you plan on doing laundry please come prepared. Also, we ask that all laundry is done by 9pm.



This is an apartment with shared walls, so you might hear some noise. We ask that all guests reduce noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM so everyone can enjoy their space. If there is ever noise that is too disturbing please reach out to the host immediately.



Pets are allowed but please keep them off the furniture and pick up pet waste immediately.



Use the alley for loading and unloading only. Parked cars will be ticketed and towed.
