The little apartment was perfect for us and our two small dogs. It is close to the Arcata Plaza, restaurants, Safeway, Co-op, and has its own parking space! Everything worked well, we had a wonderful visit, enjoyed exploring, and relaxed when we came back to the apartment.

Perfect Location

Everything was, as expected. Communication was good. I loved how it was so close to the plaza, it was easy to get to restaurants and to the Saturday Farmer's Market.

The property was a little disappointing with a dirty or rusty bathtub, and as a single woman traveling alone I hate when a property keeps the same door code for a long time. The numbers were clearly worn down on the pad. The management company responded right away to my comment about the ants that swarmed my bag I left on the bedroom table under the TV. They got into my pill container and I had to throw a couple days worth of medicine away. The area seemed sketchy but my car and Uhaul trailer made it thru the night just fine. I also walked my dog at night with no issue.
