Well appointed Southside Bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is recently renovated and well furnished. The four bedroom layout worked very well for our two families with kids, offering privacy for parents and a space for kids. The home was very clean and check in was easy. The location is convenient to everything in Southside. When I had questions about the house, the manager was quickly in contact and helped me find what I needed. We hope to return.

Convenient to everything

We stayed with a large family group. Home was clean and in a great location. Less than 20 minutes to anything we wanted to do (and most things were 10 or less). Host was very quick to respond to messages, even during holiday week. The only thing travelers might want to know is that the steps (clearly shown in photos) are the only entry to the home. Was not a problem for us but could be for some so just be aware. Our group of 10 (plus an infant) all enjoyed our stay.

Very Pleasant Stay

The property manager is very responsive and willing to help with any needs that arise. He was quick to offer solutions and responses to any questions or needs we had. Very cute house, comfortable beds, and overall great experience. Loved morning coffee on the screened in porch. Would suggest a few more coffee mugs, as this house sleeps many adults and only has 4 mugs. Minor detail, but just a suggestion! Nestled in a friendly neighborhood close to everything. Loved the small details by the property manager, especially the well thought out property book and suggestions on restaurants etc. Would recommend this property to others.
