We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful view, friendly service, and family-friendly atmosphere at Sunbird, but we’re sorry the condo needed a deeper cleaning and that the air conditioning was not working when you arrived. Being without AC for a day and a half in July is understandably frustrating, and we regret the disruption it caused.
