Very spacious corner unit. One of the only units with an open kitchen rather than a galley layout. Having two guest beds with a pull out couch, and an extra murphy bed was very helpful. Direct access to the pool and parking lot from the balcony was super convenient.

. Maybe a rod in the shower would help to hang wet bathing suits. The drapes didn’t close but paper clips worked well.

We just wrapped up our stay at the sunbird 112w and I highly recommend this place especially for smaller families! We were a group of 3, one being our 5 year old daughter. The sheer convenience of this condo is superb. We loved the smaller pool being steps away and the free beach chair service was a great extra. The grounds were maintained well and the facility employees were very helpful and nice. The coin laundry was a bit of a hassle but we somewhat knew that going into it. We had an issue with the tap option on our credit card but we called the machine company and they handled it within an hour. Although we did not have a beach view being on the corner of the building, we had the convenience of unloading and loading our vehicle from the sliding door which was nice! If I could recommend one or two things for this condo it would be a king size bed and possibly a laundry basket. All in all we had an amazing vacation at an amazing location on a last minute whim!

Location, Location, Location!

We were very pleased with the location of the condo. The room was clean and very welcoming! The host communicated consistently and addressed all concerns. Will book this room again soon!
