Leave the stress behind and feel rejuvenated in our LOVELY first floor beachfront/poolside home (one bed+2 bunks/2 bath (sleeps 6)) in the beautifully maintained Seychelles Beach Resort! Our open concept floor plan has a gated patio that allows you to walk right into the heated pool or hot tub and is steps away from the beach access. Free beach service (see below).

FREE BEACH SERVICE (March 1 to October 30) Our beach front home includes free beach service from Adventures at Sea. Enjoy two padded wooden beach chairs and large umbrella. These chairs typically rent for $40+ per day but are included when you stay with us!

This was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed at Seychelles! It was very clean, neat, and not cluttered. The appliances are newer and it’s the first condo we’ve stayed at with a working ice maker! It had plenty of space for me, my husband, our 3 year old, and my mom. An added perk was the gate on the porch having a key! That was wonderful, especially with a 3 year old. The owner communicated perfectly and answered any questions I had QUICKLY! We will be staying here again in the future.

My family enjoyed our stay. The first floor was great and the condo had everything we needed including beach toys and chairs. Susan was easy to communicate with. The only aggravation which reflects on the resort and not the host are the armbands that are required which are hard for kids to keep up with due to their small wrist. One of our 10 year olds lost one and they cost to replace. The master bed was so comfortable. I slept so well which is not normal on vacation for me.

Everything was great! The owners were very attentive and helpful. Right outside is the pool with easy access. Very clean and homey. Every question I had was answered almost immediately. Look forward to staying here again!!

The condo was very clean and updated with all the essentials. Easy communication with the owner that helped with all our issues like getting an extra parking pass. The condo was conveniently located next to Schooners Restaurant and close to Publix and Winn Dixie. Away from the crowds. Would definitely recommend this condo.

This was our first time staying at this end of PCB and the location was excellent. The condo was exactly as described and fully furnished. We didn’t need anything extra for the condo, besides laundry detergent. Communication with the host was extremely easy and pleasant. We had an amazing time and would recommend this condo to anyone!

Fantastic Week

We loved spending our week in this cute condo. We had plenty of room and super clean. We had all of the comforts of home. Accessing the pool and beach couldn’t have been easier, just walk right out of the gated patio and there you are. The parking is the same ease out of the front door. An extra bonus was being right next door to many fun and great meals at Schooners!! I highly recommend this condo and looking forward to my next visit here.

Nice getaway

First floor location was perfect for our family. We have 3 kids and it made it so convenient going back and forth throughout the day. The view of the pool and ocean is awesome. The condo was stocked with everything we needed! One thing is the king bed was uncomfortable but talking with the owner sounds like they now have replaced it. I definitely recommend this unit. We had an amazing stay!

Perfect Spot! Perfect weekend ❤️

Everything went as planned! Except the weather on the 3rd day, but we needed a break from the sun anyways! We have an amazing time, condo was awesome, location was perfect, and Susan was a fantastic hostess. We jet skied, banana boat tubes, fought the waves, and had a beach bonfire too! schooners next door was a great amenity to the location of the condo. Great drinks! Susan, we thank you for allowing us to be a guest in your home and we would definitely stay again.

Girls getaway perfection

Susan’s condo was everything we could’ve asked for and more! The location on the first floor was absolutely perfect!! Loved being able to easily walk in and out from the pole, beach or Schooners for a quick bite or restroom break. Decor was beachy and so cute. Kitchen was very well stocked even had some refillable cups to be used at Schooners! King bed was amazingly comfortable. Bunks are probably great for kiddos but were a little uncomfortable for adults we went and bought foam egg topper and it helped a lot. We love this quieter area of PCB and the convince to Schooners drinks and delicious food can’t be beat! This will most definitely be our go to unit for future stays in the area - Thank you!!

Beautiful 1st Floor Condo!

We had two condos booked. This one and one on the 10th floor. Our son and his wife were suppose to come and have this condo, however that didn’t work out. So instead, after seeing the 10th floor condo, we decided to stay in 103. Definitely did not disappoint! Beautifully decorated and very clean! We love Seychelles, but this is now our favorite 1Br condo! Susan was fantastic and Crystal checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed!

The condo worked very well for our family of six (parents, 9,7, 5, and 3). I loved that the kids could be in the pool while we were cooking dinner or getting ready to go to the beach. They were happy and entertained and we could still keep an eye on them through the glass. The pool to beach access was fantastic with with the kids. The beach chair service is something I wouldn't have splurged for, but it was an absolutely lovely thing to have for our stay. The host was reasonably quick to respond and very helpful and understanding. If we plan a similar trip in the future, I would definitely want to book here again!

Great communication with host. Loved being able to just go from patio straight to the pool. Also loved not having to go through the lobby to get to the condo. Kitchen had everything and primary bed was really comfortable. Only mildly disappointing issue was not being able to adjust the air conditioning below 73. I prefer a much cooler temperature at night, but the fan in the bedroom worked really well and I was still able to sleep fairly well. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The Unit itself was as described in the listing. Susan was very quick to respond and helpful during communication. We did have a slight issue during check in and cleaning. Check in was at 4pm. We were notified after 3pm that an error in scheduling had occurred and the room would not be ready on time. Susan was apologetic and even provided us with 50 gift card to Schooners as an apology. This was appreciated but the room was not ready until after 5pm. Upon entering the unit, it did not seem like it had been cleaned to the best standards. I am assuming this is due to the error and rushing by the cleaner. It just started our trip off in a negative way but again, Susan was polite and apologetic. Mistakes happen and she did her best with the situation. The biggest negative about our stay was the constant smell of Pot at night. I assume this was due to neighbor units smoking but it filled our unit. We smelled it every night but the last night was almost unbearable. This is something that is out of Susan and Ken's control!!! I just have to be honest that it was a negative during our stay. The location next to Schooner's was great. The parking was easy and convenient. The living room and kitchen areas were well equipped. The mattress and pillows in the bedroom are in desperate need of replacing. The bunk area was great and the bath towels were good quality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with a few issues along the way.

Great Stay, convenient, clean, and worth it.

We had a great stay at this home. We had plenty of stores, and dining options within 5 minutes. The first floor was convenient with small children . We did not ride an elevator once during our stay. The patio pool access was awesome, and beach access was easy.The home was clean when we arrived. Susan and Ken were great hosts, were willing to help and prompt to reply.

Great Condo & Great Location!

Booked this condo last minute and very glad we did! The 1st Floor patio with a locking gate is a game-changer for families with kids! The condo was clean and we had no issues with check in or departure. Susan communicated everything up front and it was an easy process overall. BONUS: Schooners is right next door! It’s an absolute MUST for lunch/dinner!

We fell in love with this ground floor unit because of the poolside/beach front access -- we enjoy the amenities of a high rise without the hassle of elevators or stairs; this is a home run! We love this quiet end of the beach which is close to the State Park and next to Schooners.
