Excellent Stay

Excellent stay, only thing is the HOA was very strict and wouldn't allow games to be played in the pool. The condo and owner was perfect.

Great place with a great price. Our view was good a little loud at times due to being right at the pool but didn’t bother us. We loved the convenience of being right by so much. My only complaint would be how crowded the beach got and I’m sure that’s due more to the huge condos two doors down and that there is no laundry in the condo. But over all the place was very Nice and clean and perfect size for our small family vacation.

Long weekend getaway

Condo was as advertised. Clean and great location. Wish the bath towels were normal size, they were more like bath mats.

Stay was comfortable. Owner made sure to add a subsequent a/c unit to help with the heat wave. They were proactive and had it in the unit prior to check in.

Little piece for Paradise.

Communication with Roger was amazing. He was there to answer questions when I had them. The view was amazing. And the beach with the chair service was the best thing. I didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return next year.

Great location & Loved the free chairs & umbrella

We were very pleased with the look and feel of the condo. The whole process was an easy as it could be! The view of the Gulf was good and the free beach chairs and umbrella was icing on the cake! Wish the second elevator was working but the waits were not too bad. The only thing that we were a little uneasy about was that Georgia had their spring break during the time we chose to come down but the property was well protected by security. We will definitely be back but chose a different date..The only

Didn't know the balcony was on the side and toward the parking lot (front) of the condo, disappointed. Also, the balcony was right over the pool, very noisy up to 10 PM each night. Not much of a beach view. The condo was clean and the owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with, he also responded very promptly.
