The first thing we saw when we entered the room was the beautiful view of the beach and the water. Beach access was confusing the first time out but was fine after that. Best dang shower, I’ve ever had at the beach. Water pressure was phenomenal.

This is the second time I've stayed in this unit. It was perfect for my annual girls trip. I have no complaints. Proximity to Pineapple Willy's is just a very short walk. The condo stayed nice and cool. I like it being on the third floor as I don't like heights. It was perfect for two people.

property manager was so helpful and responded very well! even tho there was construction, it didn’t bother us! instructions were very clear, and checkin/out were very easy! highly recommend this place! such a beautiful view and comfy stay!

Condo is very clean and Steven the owner is very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions that I had. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and would love to return in the future. Definitely recommend this unit!

Awesome location and view. The couch had stains, the pillows on the bed were stained badly. The carpet very dirty. The refrigerator had mold or black smut on the vents at the bottom.Ironing board was broke.The TV in the bedroom was small like a laptop.The couch in the sitting area was co ered qith sand.

Paradice with a View

The unit is layed out excemptionally well. The space is very well utilized and we got to enjoy it for a month. The view of the beach was amazing and the Sunsets are what dreams are made of. Property is right on the beach and is gated. Located right next to Pineapple Willy's. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely choose here again for our next trip!

Paradise and relaxation

We were so happy with our stay at Sunbird. The room was perfect, especially the comfortable bed. The view was amazing. The owner was quick to respond and also informed us quickly of information regarding the building. We stayed on one of the busiest weeks of the year, on a popular beach, however the space, building, and patio were by far the quietest and most respectful of privacy. I would definitely recommend this unit, and can't wait to go again.

Nice Unit

I would like to start off by saying the unit itself is absolutely amazing. Very clean, beautiful view (perfect to be exact, 3rd floor spot on) and my response is in no way meant to harm any future staying by others as this was out of the owners hand. But, why in hell does a condo organization allow for construction to begin during what is about to be the busiest time of the year. Only 1 elevator worked, taking forever to get down with beach supplies, main pool closed and to be honest I have no idea what it looked like as it was gated off. Outer area not clean, and the noise was horrible. I was told though the pool may not be open and some construction could be happening so I guess my fault for taking a chance. Zero amenities also. Just a basic 1 bedroom, extremely clean inside, with a beautiful view condo. Perfect for a single guy like me. I may try and rent again this winter.
