About this property

The entrance is from the front door. No Drugs/no partying. Total home size is 3400 sq ft/ 315 sq m. We are not there when the place is rented. We do not enter your space at any time. 6 bedrooms home with 1 king, 4 queen and 1 double/full bed. There is a ping pong table downstairs for guest use.

Any sort of disruption to the neighborhood such as noise complaints, partying, smoking in the home, littering, will result in fines or shut down and eviction of your stay.

We currently have 2 exterior cameras for surveillance and security system for the home so we can see how many guests are staying overnight. $1000 fines will be charged for violating NO PARTY rules and noise complaints from the neighbors.

Pets allowed on TOP floor ONLY, please inquire before booking, 2 pets max. $1000 FINES will be charged for clean up for non disclosure. One of the owners is elderly with severe pet allergies so deep cleaning of the upholstery is essential. The pet on acceptance would on the bottom level ONLY for upholstery and carpet cleaning of $169. PLEASE absolutely no pets upstairs. In doing so will cause emergency upholstery cleaning with excess fees. This not include damage fees should your pets cause any damage to the furniture or home.

Mission home

This was a large, well-appointed home with nice bedrooms. It worked very well for our 55+ BC Summer Games zone team to share.

Not clean

The house was big enough for our group, the beds were clean and the kitchen was well supplied. But the rest was terrible. All high touch surfaces were gross (bathroom doors, railing, cupboard doors), bathroom shower dripped, upstairs bath took a long time to drain and didn't have a shower curtain, our feet were black after walking on it for 1 hour and there was hair on the ledge in the downstairs shower.
