Outdoor amenities: two decks, gas grill, outdoor shower, three bodyboards, six beach chairs, corn hole, and plenty of furniture to gather and unwind.

Return any outdoor furniture to its original spot and cover it before you leave. The sun out here is brutal.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and the primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay.
