The unit offers full kitchen, bathroom with shower stall, pull-down Murphy bed, pull-out sofa loveseat, cable, wifi, situated on the quiet side of the grounds. Amenities include two pools, private bay front beach, clubhouse, picnic area with BBQs, playground, basketball, volleyball, full gym, bocce & shuffleboard. Tables/chairs with umbrella and lounge chairs included. Short drive to restaurants, ocean and LI Sound beaches.
