It’s less than one-quarter mile to beach access at Tom Renick Park, and within walking distance of several restaurants as well. Plenty more choices, plus grocery stores and other shops, are within just a mile or two.

Enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on the patio in your private, enclosed backyard. Inside, you’ll find an open, light-filled living space with cheerful, colorful decor. Meal prep is a breeze in the full kitchen, and there’s plenty of room for everyone around the dining table.

After a day on the beach, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Stream the latest release from the couch or bed, use the free WiFi to scroll social media, or unplug entirely and head back out to the patio to relax under the café lights. When you get sleepy, call it a night in the serene bedrooms - another dreamy beach day awaits tomorrow.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
