Looking for a large home "in town" within walking distance of Port A shops and restaurants? Nauti Paradise is the perfect vacation spot for your group and is set up to be an enjoyable experience for its guests! Cool off in the PRIVATE swimming pool and chill together in the game room with bar and full fridge, shuffleboard, ping pong, and cornhole games!

The property includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the main level and a full private suite 5th bedroom with living room, kitchen, and bath on the 3rd floor. The main living area of this home is on the 2nd floor and includes a spacious open floor plan with comfortable sectional seating and flat screen tv. The kitchen is spacious with abundant counter space and storage. Stainless appliances and stocked with basic cooking essentials, you'll find what you need to prepare and cook meals for your group. The dining table includes seating for 8 with additional seating along the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed, flat screen tv, and private bath with tub shower combo. The other three guest rooms on this level each have a queen bed and flat screen TV. One of these queen rooms also includes a private bath with tub shower combo. A shared hall bath is also accessible to guests of the other rooms and includes a tub shower combo.

The third level private suite is practically its own self contained home, perfect for a couple looking for some privacy or a couple with a baby needing some quiet time. This area offers its own entrance, kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and the attached bathroom has a gorgeous tile walk-in shower.

Downstairs in the garage is an amazing gameroom and bar area perfect for group gatherings. Included is a wooden bar with seating and an extra refrigerator for drinks. Games provided by the owner include a ping pong table, shuffleboard table and cornhole boards.

Also did we mention this property has a PRIVATE pool? Take a dip with your family to cool off on those hot summer days or just relax by the pool and take in some sun rays.

Private washer/dryer and WIFI is also provided. All 5 bedrooms and both living areas offer a flat screen TV. Both the 2nd and 3rd floor living areas have sleeper sofas.

Boat parking is allowed at this property, but please check with Sand Key Realty regarding the size of your boat beforehand to ensure you will not have any issues parking it. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.

This home can accommodate parking for up to 6 cars. Note that large trucks or SUVs or a boat may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Please note that the downstairs is not connected to the rest of the house via an interior staircase. Guests would need to use the outside stairs to access this part of the home.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
