Neighborhood is dangerous. Called police at 1 AM because a woman was screaming and banging on the door.

Thank you for leaving a response. The neighborhood generally is safe and the property is located directly on a main road. We have multiple locks and security but it is located in an urban area in downtown Buffalo. In almost five year's of renting we have never had a report of any crime on or near the property before this incident. We apologize for this experience but it is very much an anamoly and not the norm.
What a great place. The owner was easy to contact and the place was impeccably clean. Very comfy and cool vibe as my girlfriend said. Would definitely use this place again.
This newly renovated apt is very nicely done. It was clean and comfortable. Owners very helpful and easy to work with! Would definitely stay there again
We came to see a Bills game, it was our first trip to Buffalo. Ryan and Nicks suite could not have been a better choice! Located between Allentown and Downtown, we were able to hit all the recommended places. Bus ride to Highmark Stadium was an easy walk. The suite was clean and cozy! Looking forward to our next stay in Buffalo!
The renovated gem is clean and comfortable, Ryan was very helpful and fast answering my messages. The exterior of the house it wasn't as expected, does need renovations too.But overall a great experience.
Location quiet and inside comforts were niceAc, Hot waterThe external of the house was poor, overgrown weeds, wall plantee empty of plants and house was Peelin g paint needs alot of tender loving care.
Front of property could use some work (weeds and general appearance). Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Was comfortable for the most part. There was an issue with the ac controls which can be overridden by the upstairs thermostat. Owner was responsive and they were working on the problem.
Industrial decor was nice but clearly the owner did not take into consideration that everyone is not proficient with smart tvs since there was not even a manual anywhere in the apartment. Also, the tv in the bedroom did not work even though we tried changing remote batteries. The price was right.
Very convenient (7/10 of a mile) to marathon weekend activities at the convention center. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the lower unit of the duplex. There were upstairs guest as well and we didn’t hear them at all. The unit was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the comfort bed and the white tea shampoo (my fave scent!) Washer and dryer were a huge bonus for our sweaty gear. Host Ryan was responsive and accommodating. The outside of the unit is a little rough and it appears to be in a sketchy section of Allentown, but don’t let the outside fool you…it’s nice inside and we felt safe during our stay. Parking is recommended on a side street, but we parked in front of the unit and didn’t have any issues. Glad we stayed here, it was great!
