Why they chose this property
This area has been my dream to buy a property because its very safe and well preserved.
What makes this property unique
The building has everything. A temperature control pool if one day I want to go swimming which it also has a whirlpool and a sauna. A gymnasium if I feel like working out. Which the facility has everything from a treadmill to bench press area with free weights. A play room with a pool table, foosball table, and an area just to seat and enjoy the view. A basketball, squash, soccer, and volley ball all in one court if one day I feel like playing sports. A conference room and barbecue are as well. That is why I choose to purchase this property because is one in many and unique.
