Very nicely appointed property in a peaceful area but close to major attractions. The host provided small toiletries such as toothpaste and razors in case we forgot anything. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was alot better than expected due to previous properties not being represented as they really are. Clean, spacious, more than I expected.Everything needed to complete our stay. Our first trip to Nashville and we were close enough to everything we planned on going to.

This property had everything we needed and more! Kitchen had plenty of utensils, glassware, and even had coffee pods. The bedrooms and living/dining area were very spacious, and even had games, books, puzzles for fun! Great location especially for Vanderbilt University and Midtown but also not too far from Downtown and the Gulch. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided check in/out information in a timely manner. Great stay!

A good place for a base when we visited Nashville around a 30 minutes walk to Broadway which was ideal for us. The apartment was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

The place is beautiful and close to Vanderbilt Med Center. The only complaint was a very noisy upstairs guest who seemed to run laps until very late.

Great location for a fun weekend in Nashville. It is right next to Vanderbilt. About a 40 min walk through cute neighborhoods down to Broadway, then an easy uber ride home. Susan was easy to communicate with and the house was exactly as shown. Comfortable beds which is a big one for me!! We had a great stay!

The property was very difficult to get an F150 up the driveway. The beds are very firm. They are foam mattresses. It was not disclosed until we arrived at the property that there permanent residence above our apartment. If you want to listen to hard walking feet above you then this is the place for you. Also, got woke up Monday night at 1:50 am with trash truck right outside the window picking up trash. The furniture looks like some garage sale special. The bottom of the tub is very slick. Let’s see the good part is it was clean, well stocked and the host did respond to my complaints about the noise above.

Our stay in Nashville was wonderful thanks to this property being easy and centrally located. We chose it, in part, because it has parking, which was covered and right out our door. Another reason we selected it is because of the comfy seating in the living room. We were visiting our daughter who has a small apartment so it was great that all 6 of us had a place to sit around when we weren't out and about in Nashville. Since we will be returning to Nashville often to visit our daughter, I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

The property was amazing and so quaint but spacious. It was clean and well kept. I would stay here again and highly recommend for location and ease of traveling the city and downtown.
