Completely updated! Spacious and newly remodeled carriage house in quiet neighborhood behind Historic home located on Music Row close to downtown Nashville. Once owned by Country Music legend Chet Atkins. Only a couple of blocks from Vanderbilt, and close to restaurants, bars, museums, and all Nashville has to offer. Free covered parking adjoining the unit.
NOTE: January 26th to 30th of 2025 has been discounted by 30% because we are replacing the floors in the units above. So you can get a super deal on one of our most popular units, but you need to understand you will have to put up with all the banging and noise involved in the floor replacement above that could start early in the morning and last until late in the evening.
Lots of room! Enjoy a whole space on the first floor with attached one-car garage. Large fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and laundry room with washer and dryer. The family room includes a faux fireplace and Smart TV (Roku and other free apps installed, bring your own favorite paid streaming channel).
Self-check-in with electric lock codes, to ensure safety for all guests. Full access to the entire unit, no shared spaces.
Private parking is located in the one-car garage attached to the unit. Street parking is available on an unlimited basis between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 am, limited to two hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. We have other nearby parking options if you need them for overflow vehicles, just ask.
