Welcome to " Beach Haven at Villas of Panama". This gorgeous 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath sleeps 11 people max. The first level of this multilevel home offers an open floor plan. The first level offers the open kitchen, dining room, and half bath. Everyone in your party will be able to enjoy the fully stocked kitchen & open dining room & living room. Perfect for multiple families. Downstairs also leads to the patio area where you can enjoy the view of Villas of Panama's community pool. Please note that the pool is not heated. You can sit back & relax on the patio area while the family swims & grills. Let's start making ourselves upstairs. The master bedroom offers a King Size Bed & twin pull-out sleeper, & a flat screen tv you are able to lay in bed & enjoy. The master bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen Bed & flat screen tv, so you are able to lay in bed & enjoy. Bathroom 2 offers a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 offers 2 Twin beds & flat screen tv you are able to lay in bed & enjoy. Bedroom 4 offers a Queen & King Bed & a flat screen kids are able to lay in bed & enjoy. Bathroom 3 offers a tub/shower combo.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this unit. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age.
Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made there are no exceptions made to this policy.
This property has a 3-car minimum. Only 3 vehicles will be allowed to park in front of the property at any time. No exceptions. This property does not offer overflow parking. Please make arrangements for 3 cars only. We respectfully ask that you do not park on the landscaping or the street. The HOA will tow. All guests will be responsible for charges associated with that. We do not allow guests to park in the garage. Please no parking in the garage.
This is a Non-Smoking House – You are allowed to smoke outside as long as you dispose of cigarette butts properly. Additional charges will apply if this rule is violated.
No smoking inside if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 fine.
Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.
This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security, other guests, or owners, of our guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 11 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.
This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
