The amazing property has large windows that allow in the natural light which highlights the details of this property. The Condo has a King bed size, open and airy with great common spaces. The sitting area is just off the screened in terrace which is a wonderful place to enjoy quiet afternoons or evening cocktails with a Golf course view.
Inside, you'll find a spacious and open floor plan, with plenty of room to entertain guests or simply stretch out and relax. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up delicious meals during your stay.

It is ideally situated to be able to visit some of the most amazing places within the Riviera Maya. With Akumal a few minutes drive away, Playa del Carmen 30 minutes to the north and Tulum 20 minutes to the south. You will be easily able to take advantage of the wonderful beauty this area has to offer.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.
