Relax in this 2 bedroom, 1 full bath home, complete with a full kitchen, and workspace with a printer! This spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor above commercial office space and has it’s own private entrance. Located near a park, with quick access to I-40, shopping and great restaurants.

Parking is available on the first floor. You may also park on the west side by the staircase.

Paramount - Conveniently located off of 34th and Western

The washer and dryer are on the bottom level in the garage. You access the garage stairway from the door east of the kitchen.
