Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. All we had to do was go the grocery for something to cook. Easy location. Very quite . Home was immaculate. Had a problem with lock when we came back from an excursion but it was quickly taken care of. Batteries were running down in lock. Would stay again.

This house was very accommodating, clean, comfortable and close to the Ark. I did not check details enough concerning handicap access for my brother which can walk (some) but after a hot trip from the Ark, that wasn't the case. We had to call EMT's for a "Lift Assist" My only improvement suggestion would be, tv's in the bedrooms (totally a personal preference.) We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice, quiet, has most everything you could need and is minutes away from thr Ark. Has a nice patio and pretty view of backyard.

Perfect fit for our trip!

Cozy Escape is the perfect fit for two couples. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! The location was perfect for our visit to the Ark Encounter!

Great Place

This is a beautiful place to stay. It is close to the Ark, easy to access, very clean, the check in and out is easy, and the host was very responsive. The cost is also very reasonable. I would recommend this place.

Awsome stay

It was a nice house. Nice and cozy. The part that i loved the most was the garage. It is very close to Noahs Ark, which is why we was up there. The only suggestion i would make is to put something ing the shower to help make it non-slippery. It was slippery for my wife in the main bathroom shower. It was also slippery for our friend in the hallway bathroom. Other than that the stay was great. I would recommend to anyone.

Nice property with drawbacks

First impression was grass needing mowing. Close to a busy road some noise. The main issue was immediate when we opened the door. We were greeted with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Called the agent and she brought over some spray but even that did not mask the smell. This is a non smoking property and clearly someone did not follow the rules. Only fix is to clean drapes and rugs and run an ionizer on all the rooms. Furnace filter should also be changed. We did not let this ruin our trip but were unable to enjoy ourselves inside.

Absolutely recommend this property! It was exactly as described!! Very clean, well stocked with linens, dishes etc. Most comfortable beds and comfortable recliner couches to relax in after being anway all day. Very close to the Arc Encounter and the Creation Museum! We would definitely stay again!!

Our stay for Ark Encounter Women's Conference

HOW VERY WONDERFUL! This was everyone's first experience at an 'Air B-n-B', or whatever this 'house' is. It was wonderful having only 2 persons per bathroom as opposed to 4 to 1 at a hotel! We were SO COMFORTABLE and it was so WELCOMING. During all the rain it was a blessing to be able to use the garage!! But the absolute BEST was its location so near the Ark Encounter. We are hoping to find something for 6 persons for next year's conference. THANK YOU!

What a gem!

Lovely, peaceful setting in the rolling hills of KY. Property was all we hoped for and more. Beds and couches were comfy, kitchen and utensils were clean, plenty of space to spread out luggage and relax for a visit with family and friends. Perfect place to stay for visiting The Ark Encounter! Highly recommend!
