Tucked away at the end on North Topsail Beach you’ll find Sea’s Day. Just as the name implies, you should make the most of each day and enjoy everything it has to offer. What an amazing place to be to do just that!  Whether it’s sitting in a group catching up with family and friends, diving through the ocean’s waves, or, allowing yourself a quiet moment to reflect as the sky transitions from evening to night you will find Sea’s the Day the perfect spot to embrace each moment. 

Seize the Day is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located on North Topsail Beach. You will love all the special amenities provided for you at this lovely home. There is a private pool sunken into the deck floor, a Hot Tub, an outdoor shower, and a propane grill. Just across a quiet 2 lane street and to the left is the path that takes you out to the beach. Although there are Ocean Front homes you still see the ocean and hear the waves coming onshore. The living room is awash with sunlight during the day. Sitting on the couch or loveseat trying to watch the Smart TV you will feel the pull of the beach. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen counter seats 4. The kitchen is well-equipped and able to get you through a busy or lazy vacation day with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The deck off the dining room is just the right place to gather in the morning to make your plans for the day or in the evening regale everyone with tales of the day.  

Down the hall, you’ll find the bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Further down the hall is a second bedroom also with 2 Twin beds, a Smart TV, and a private balcony. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The bathroom off the hallway has a bathtub/ shower. 

Under the home is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. For your security, this room should remain locked when not in use. The key to the laundry room will be provided with each reservation. The yard is fenced in so your furry friend can play without worry of getting loose. 

Quiet and residential, North Topsail Beach is close enough to shops, restaurants, and activities. You will only be a 14-minute drive (about 7.9 miles) from the closest grocery store (Food Lion) and 20 minutes (about 13 miles) to the center of Surf City where you will find many privately owned gift shops and restaurants. In Surf City there are fun activities like the Topsail Escape Room and the EMA Touch Tank Aquarium. On the mainland side of Surf City is the well-known Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Center which gives daily tours. On North Topsail and only minutes from Sea’s the Day you’ll find the restaurants at the Villa Capriani or the St. Regis. If you enjoy fishing the Seaview Fishing Pier is only 3.3 miles away. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. 

Altogether a stay on Sea’s the Day will not only make you grateful for the big and small moments with your clan but you will also find yourself impatiently waiting for the next time you can get away to stay at this very special home.

Rates Include Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. No Smoking.

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high-touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

 

The Area: Topsail is a 28-mile-long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and a beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA – now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, and order from the restaurant.
