Newly refurbished, Fully Furnished Home with Private Pool, Private Boat Ramp and Dock. House is located less than 1 mile away via Intracoastal Waterway from the New River Inlet entrance to ocean. Feel free to bring your boat if you wish!
You can also take one of our kayaks (2) out for a fun outing. Can't decide between salt water and pool? We got both to offer! In the evenings we also have a solo fire pit where you can enjoy a fun night around the fire with s'mores or maybe a cocktail. You can have your own little taste of heaven as you stay in a quiet, secluded environment.

We offer the best of both worlds....should you wish to have a day at the beach we are 10 minute drive from North Topsail Beach.

Love Seafood? Sneads Ferry is home to some of the best! Should you desire to buy some fresh seafood (we have a grill), there are several fish houses with fresh seafood for you to buy or don't feel like cooking... we are only about 3 miles from The Riverview Cafe (featured in Our State Magazine) and very close to several other good options as well.

As I told the host, depite Hurricane Debbie we had a wonderful time! The space was very well laid out and comfortable, we enjoyed the pool, the dock and did manage to get in one day a the beach! Highly recommend!

Great place to relax and get away. Great view to wake up to every morning. Only a quick drive to get anything you need from town. Pool was maintained and great having a grill right there. Family didn’t want to leave. It’s so peaceful there. Owner was very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful views

My family had a great time this weekend! The description was spot on, the house is fully stocked. Plenty of towels and everything you need to cook in the beautiful kitchen. The dock is great for fishing and my daughter and her friend loved the pool and kayaks. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We will be booking this house again!
