Welcome to your two-story coastal retreat on beautiful North Topsail Beach! This home is designed for the best of coastal living, with balconies on both sides providing you with beach views and stunning sunsets over the sound.

The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring a bright, open-concept living and dining space perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a coffee maker and blender for your convenience. This level also includes a half-bathroom and opens onto balconies on both sides of the home.

The entry floor houses the private quarters, including:
* Three comfortable bedrooms, two of which have direct access to a balcony overlooking the sound.
* Two full bathrooms.
* A dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Guest Access

Your stay includes access to fantastic amenities designed for the perfect beach vacation. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the shared community pool or fire up the private BBQ grill for an evening cookout.

For waterfront enjoyment, you have two wonderful options: take the private beach walkway directly across the street for a day on the sand, or use the private walkway to access the calm waters of the sound. For your convenience, you also have access to storage sheds stocked with common beach gear, including chairs, toys, umbrellas, and fishing equipment.

The Neighborhood

North Topsail Beach is a quiet, residential community on a 26-mile-long island known for its uncrowded sandy beaches. It's an excellent destination for a family vacation, offering nearby championship golf courses and excellent fishing opportunities no matter the season.

* Linens: We provide pillows and blankets. For sheets and towels, you may either bring your own or purchase our linen service for $125 per stay. For guests staying 6 nights or more, we provide this linen service complimentary.

* Connectivity: Your stay includes WiFi, basic cable television, and a telephone. The Smart TV allows you to log in to your favorite streaming services.

So quiet, pool, ocean and sound - total package

We loved going to the beach, then the pool, and visiting the sound. We enjoyed all the different kinds of birds. The townhouse was wonderful.

Great location and host

Ed was a great host that communicated very well and provided all info needed. The place is in a perfect spot, situated squarely between the beach and the inlet and can walk to both very easily/quickly. The community pool worked out great as well. The kids are already asking to go back and find more shark teeth!

Great location and everything you need

We brought our young kids and met our parents for a family trip and it was a perfect spot. The beach is very close, and the views of the intercostal from the balconies are lovely. There was plenty of space for everyone and the amenities covered everything. The kitchen was well stocked, the storage closets had everything from beach chairs to beach toys and there was an outdoor shower and spicket so it was easy to rinse off whenever we came back from beach. The pool in the complex is easy to enjoy, and was a nice spot for swimming. Overall it was perfect for a family trip and we would def go back!

Great stay

The owner communicated well and was quick with answering our questions about the property. The house was clean and nice. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs and toys. The balconies were great for sitting out on and enjoying the views. The pool was nice and we were the only people there the whole time. Beach access was easy and there was also access to the sound on the backside of the property. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Exactly what we were looking for!

We scheduled an impromptu visit to Topsail, booking the location only one day before we arrived. We wanted something close to the beach, with ample room to sleep my wife and I and our three kids. This rental was perfect! Communication with the owner was easy and clear throughout the process. The nearby beach access was awesome and the house fit us perfectly. Overall, the process was seamless, and we'd definitely consider this rental in the future.

This location is great, the sound is directly behind the property and the beach is across the street with private access. The place is a bit outdated but everything was clean and we didn't spend much time inside anyways. There is a small but nice pool right outside the front door.

Great getaway spot

This location was perfect for us as a family with two small kids. We had beach, sound and pool access all very close and easy to get to. The inside of the condo was decently clean and the bedrooms were easily accessible when you came in dirty from the beach. I would definitely choose this spot to stay again!

Family/small child friendly

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The views were AMAZING! Accommodations of the unit were the next best thing to home—stocked with most everything you need. The owners were very accessible for questions. There are a lot of stairs in the unit, but we anticipated the need for gates with our toddlers & brought gates with us. Though the weather did not cooperate for pool & beach time, so we spent time crabbing on the sound side of the unit. Yep, crab pots, nets, fishing poles were all there! We created some priceless memories with the grandchildren! Can hardly wait to do this again!
