Come stay at this newly remodeled Ocean View 2nd row town home located in North Topsail Beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and comfortably accommodates 9 guests with beautiful views of the ocean and sound. The beach access is just steps away. All of the bedrooms are located on the first level each with a mounted flat-screen TV. King bed, Queen bed and the third bedroom has one bunk bed and one twin bed. The kitchen and living room are located on the second level open concept floor plan with fantastic views of the ocean and sound.

We have an outdoor security camera for your protection and ours.

We had a great stay on Topsail!! The house is located literally 2 min from the beach which was very quiet…AND…it backs up to the intracoastal! We had 6 people and there was plenty of room.

Deserves 10 stars

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The description and pictures match exactly of the place. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. You have a partial view of the ocean and a beautiful unblocked view of the bay. The private dock that is lit up at night is an added bonus. We hope to be fortunate enough to stay here again in future visits!

Our 2021 family vacation

Loved the location and the private dock. My kids loved the kayaks and fishing from the dock. N Topsail is our favorite beach. Definitely will be staying again.

We loved our time at this beach house! It was very clean, lots of space, and the kitchen was stocked with many cookware items and accessories. Great view of the beach and the sound, and was very quiet. This was our second time staying at one of Sara’s properties, and we will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying here. Plenty of supplies to cook and games to play. Beach access was only a few houses down across the street. At night you can sit on the deck at the front of the house and listen to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome house

Perfect location, with views of ocean and ICW. Although it was a bit chilly to utilize, the house was equipped with all the gear to enjoy the water. I really enjoyed the decor and beach feel of the place. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

Lovely stay!

Everything was as listed. We enjoyed being on the sound using the paddle boards and kayaks and catching crabs. The house was clean and comfy. We appreciated having a high chair and baby gate as well. I would recommend this property if you want a comfortable low key trip with a great uncrowded beach beach

Lovely place, beautiful views

My family and I loved our stay at this property! The views were stunning and the pier in the back was such a relaxing place to watch the beautiful sunset. You can see the ocean and the sound from the front deck, too, so you have the best of both worlds when you stay here. Super easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The arcade table was a huge hit with my teenage kids (and the adults, too!) I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again! Thank you to Sara for being a great host!

Very Spacious! Beautiful view! Short walk to beach!

Myself and all of my guest really enjoyed staying at this property! It was spacious and the view of the beach was amazing. The private pier was wonderful. The walk to the beach was just 5 minutes away, if that. We all loved everything about this property! The arcade game inside of the property was a great addition, it was a hit with my 8 year old nephew and us adults too. Even my 86 year old grandmother tried her hand at playing Pac Man..lol! We had a blast, would definitely stay at this property again!

Good and not so good things

There were no pillow cases for the king size bed, no linens for the twin or bunk beds, and only 2 towels, washcloths and hand towels. Shower curtains had mold on the bottom. We loved the way the property was decorated and the easy access to the beach. The beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, cooler, etc. in the garage were a huge bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance, dish or utensil you could want. The view of the ocean and waterway were awesome!
