7 beds Walk 2 BEACH / Great for Families & Groups. PETS OK!

This beautiful home is perfect for families or groups of up to 7 guests. It has 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & is just a short walk to the beach (5-8min walk). The open-concept living area has a fully equipped kitchen & a large dining room table that converts into a pool & ping pong table.
The bedrooms include king beds, a full-over-full bunkbed w/ twin trundle, sleeper sofa & a rollaway twin cot. Other amenities include a hammock, propane grill, washer/dryer, cable, FAST Wi-Fi.

This home is a duplex (side-by-side), so there may be guests renting the other home during your stay. You also have the option to rent both units if your group would like to do so.
If you bring a pet, they must be house broken.
No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
No parking on the grass under any circumstance or the vehicle will be towed and vehicle power will be responsible for the fines.

Driveway Size: Shared driveway. Fit 3 cars on the West side. // 80ft wide 20ft long

If same day booking, host must be given a valid government ID for verification purposes prior to entry.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.

$75 pet fee per pet per stay. 4 or more pets is by approval only and price varies.

Walk to the beach from the house (5min walk) or the river (1 min walk) & relax on the park benches on the river and watch the beautiful boats go by! You can get many places by driving 5-10 mins.
Private parking for 3 cars in the driveway. We just ask that you keep your vehicles on your side of the parking pad. All dishes, cutlery and kitchen necessities will be stocked to enable you and your guests to cook full meals. After a full day of fun and relaxation at the beach, get ready for some fun night life at the Pompano Beach Boardwalk filled with restaurants!

Door leading to the back patio is in the kitchen

Located in the hallway & also functions as an en suite for bedroom 1. It has a stand up shower, vanity and toilet.

Located at the end of the hallway next to bedrooms 2 & 3. It has a tub, shower, toilet and vanity.

Washer and dryer are next to bedrooms 2 and 3 at the end of the hallway.

Fully fenced in with grass and hammock.
Mostly paved back porch with outdoor furniture, a propane grill and outdoor dining area.
