I grew up making things as entertainment, traveling/being outdoors. I got addicted to fixer uppers when we bought our 1st home , a1962 rancher from the original owner who kept almost everything original. I always say older homes (30's-60's) are like my grandmother, so much character, charm and well-built craftsmanship. That soon applied to fixing 3 vintage campers, furniture, etc... I love road trips and stayed at many places to know what is important to travelers. Our goal is to make your stay surprisingly pleasant and not just "average" but "A+"

Why they chose this property

I love anything with a history and especially a good story. Seems many of the rentals we have remodeled in our cute town have a history from having been owned by the same family for several generations. We hope to share the history of each home, the owners stories with our travelers.

What makes this property unique

Quiet, quaint, cute, charming anywhere you go in this cute sunny house near this historic downtown Belmont, which known to be the jewel of this area. So convenient to hop on I-85, Hwy74, I-485. Charlotte is close, Lake Wylie, or even the mountain towns are drive-able and back in one day (Asheville, Hendersonville)
